IT Support
Job Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company. (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in bi-lingual English/Thai (speak, read and write) preferred.- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Windows servers, VMWare, Hyper V, Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Advanced level knowledge in the use of all office software. (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Cloud Solutions & Cloud Computing.
- Knowledge of wireless networks, set up maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Firewall and VPN (FortiGate), set up maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Veeam and Backup.
- Knowledge of security awareness.
- Knowledge of video conference systems, cell phones, smartphones, iOS, iPadOS, and other common hardware devices and software.
- Experience providing remote support via phone and remote-control applications desired.
- Always learning new things.
