Full-Time IT and Digital Transformation Manager

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Background in software development, database SQL server, understanding IT infrastructure among others
• Assist in defining project scope, time and budget objectives that technically feasible and agreed upon by all relevant parties
• Manage scope changes, communicate internally and to customer in a timely fashion to meet cost/time/product/quality targets
• Monitor progress of the project and make adjustment as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project, also identify risk and mitigation
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and allocate the resources required to complete the project
• Coordinate with all related teams and manage the vendor(s) to ensure that all assigned project(s) are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Follow up, support and direct team for any project issues until solved
• IT project budgeting and cost tracking
• Implement, manage, and provide technical support of network hardware, software, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP connectivity, including install of network cabling
• Be administrative of post LAN/WAN and network environment
• Will usually serve as a project lead consultant
• Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of industry and trends
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or other computer-related fields
• At least 5years experience in large IT project management (software development and/or system integration)
• Project management skills
• Excellent technical knowledge and ability to communicate to different stakeholders
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Strong analysis, problem-solving and negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers
• Experience in micro service technology and new technical language skill
• Very good problem solving, negotiation, presentation and communication skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills (Thai and English) are a plus
• Insurance knowledge is also a plus
